Step up to dining area to seat eight (ten cosy, utilising two balcony chairs) . Stylish minimalist kitchen with island and large gas range, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave. Sitting room with sofas and bean bag, flat screen TV with Amazon Firestick. Stairs to lower ground floor: Bedroom 1: King sized 5ft bed with built in wardrobes and patio doors to the terrace. En suite shower room with walk in shower, vanity unit, heated towel rail, WC. Bedroom 2: King size 5ft bed, built in wardrobes and patio doors to terrace. Bedroom 3: Twin bedroom with two 3ft single beds, built in wardrobes and patio doors to garden. Bedroom 4: Bunk bedroom with 3ft bunks, chest of drawers and bookshelves. Family bathroom with bath and handheld shower, separate shower cubicle, basin, heated towel rail and WC.
